Click [Add] in “Add to the auto distribution settings”.

The auto distribution detailed settings screen is displayed with the following sender
information already entered.
Communication type Condition
Fax Fax number, F-Code number
E-mail E-mail address, subject
Set the distribution conditions on the “Fax Forwarding” screen.
