Android
The CX5 Android OS release V1.2.0 and above supports cash drawer switch polarity. By
default, the Android open/close sense setting is Normally Open.
Note: Android does not support Printer Cash Drawers.
To change the sense settings, go to Settings > Cash Drawer Settings, and configure the
value of the following parameters.
Normally Open
Switch Polarity
(Default)
Normally Closed
Switch Polarity

Note: The cash drawer status can be checked through the NCRPlatformTest application
(if installed).
