Cleaning the MSR
Customers who are participating in the NCR Partnership Services Program can
purchase cleaning cards through NCR Services using the NCR Part Number.

Cleaning Frequency
For low use retail establishments, the cleaning procedures should be followed at least
once per month. In areas of extremely high traffic (in excess of 500 swipes per day) or
an operating environment that is high in contaminants, such as found in the food
service industry, a weekly cleaning should be performed.
