The undersigned Mauro Sordini, as Chief Executive Ofcer, hereby declares under his own responsibility that the product
identied above complies with the provisions of the following directives:
• DIRECTIVE 2004/108/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 15 December 2004 on the
approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility and repealing Directive 89/336/
EEC, in accordance with following harmonised standards: EN 61000-6-2:2005, EN 61000-6-3:2007+A1:2011
In addition, the product conforms to the following directive in accordance with the provisions applicable to partly completed
machinery:
• Directive 2006/42/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of May 17 2006 regarding machines and
amending directive 95/16/EC (consolidated text)
• I hereby declare that the pertinent technical documentation has been drafted in accordance with Annex VII B of Direc-
tive 2006/42/EC and that the following essential requirements have been fullled: 1.1- 1.1.2- 1.1.3- 1.2.1-1.2.6- 1.5.1-
1.5.2- 1.5.5- 1.5.6- 1.5.7- 1.5.8- 1.5.10- 1.5.11
• The manufacturer agrees to send the national authorities pertinent information on the partly completed machinery, in
response to a motivated request, without affecting its intellectual property rights.
• If the partly completed machinery is operated in a European country with an ofcial language other than the language
used in this declaration, the importer must include a translation with this declaration.
• The partly completed machinery must not be operated until the nal machine in which it is to be incorporated is declared
to conform to the provisions of Directive 2006/42/EC, if applicable.
