7.9 Tensioning the Cables
To tension the cables:
1. Perform a service shutdown as specified in 2.11 Service Shutdown.
2. Remove the X- and Y-axis covers. See
7.7 Removing the Axis Covers.
3. Loosen the X-Axis and two (2) Y-axis tensioner screws.
4. Move the Z-head in a circle around the dispensing area approximately 5 times.
5. Stop in the middle.
6. Retighten the tensioner screws.
