The S Fast doesn’t guarantee class B sterilization.
After choosing the cycle, a new menu appears on the screen, containing various
information. The central box summarizes the main data relating to the chosen
cycle (pressure [1], temperature [2], maximum solid load [3] and maximum porous
load [4] ), while the three buttons located in the upper area allow you to modify the
following sterilization process parameters:
• Changing the sterilization time;
• Changing the drying time;
• Cycle start delay.
