The Odyssey
®
Imager is configured as a server, allowing multiple
users to be logged on at the same time. In other words, one user may
be operating the scanner while others are retrieving and analyzing
scans stored on the Odyssey Imager’s internal hard disk.
Using the
Status
link on the Odyssey Imager’s home page, a browser
on an office computer can be used to find out whether someone is
scanning a membrane in the lab.
