7. TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES
(4) Hold the handles (blue) of the image drum unit with both hands and lift it out of the
MFP, and then place it on a flat surface.
Co
ver the image drum unit with black paper or a black bag.
(5) Remove any jammed paper in the direction of the arrow.
If all the paper comes out, go to step (10).
If the top edge of the paper cannot be seen, go to step (6).
(6) Turn the lock lever on each side of the belt unit toward you, hold the lock levers with
both hands and remove the belt unit.
(7) Slowly pull out the paper by the bottom edge.
