Tube obstruction caution

The stopcock of the veress needle or the
trocar is closed.
Open the stopcock of the veress needle or
the trocar.
The veress needle or the trocar is not
correctly inserted.
Withdraw and insert the veress needle or
the trocar.
The veress needle or the trocar is
defective.
Replace the veress needle or the trocar.
The filter is clogged. Replace the filter.
The insufflation tube is collapsed. Correct the collapsed area of the
insufflation tube.
Insufficient gas supply
caution continually
sounds.
The valve on a gas cylinder is closed. Open the valve on a gas cylinder.
Remaining gas volume in gas cylinder is
insufficient.
Replace the gas cylinder.
The cylinder hose or the hose for medical
gas pipeline is not connected.
Connect the cylinder hose or the hose for
medical gas pipeline correctly.

Trocar cannot be inserted. Automatic suction is activated. Close the faucet of the trocar to which the
suction tube is connected.
Disconnect the suction tube.
Press insufflation switch to stop the
insufflation.
Relief mode is activated. Close the faucet of the trocar to which the
insufflation tube is connected.
Press insufflation switch to stop the
insufflation.
A caution tone sounds
continually.
An error is detected in the internal circuitry
of the high-flow insuffation unit.
Turn the high flow insufflation unit OFF
and ON again. If the caution continually
sounds, contact Olympus.
All LEDs are turned OFF. An error is detected in the internal circuitry
of the high-flow insuffation unit.
