method

Reset Pressing the reset button will return the display to
0.0 L.
Smoke evacuation function
(optional)
• When the foot switch (optional) is depressed,
insufflation and suction are interlocked to
maintain cavity pressure at the set pressure while
smoke evacuation is performed.
• Combining ESG-400, USG-400, SonoSurg-G2,
UES-40 allows the automatic smoke exhaustion
to perform.
• This function will not perform in the following
conditions:
1. when the insufflation mode is LOW
2. when the cavity pressure is lower than about
2 mmHg
3. when insufflation is stopped
4. when an excessive pressure alarm is sounding
5. when an tube obstruction alarm is sounding, or
6. when the smoke exhaustion mode is OFF

“HIGH” mode: flow rate 10 L/min
“LOW” mode: flow rate 5 L/min
“OFF” mode: function off
