Connection of more than one piece of equipment
• When connecting three or more instruments including this
instrument (but excluding the medical control unit), the total
length of the communication cables should be no more than
18 meters. Communication error may occur if the total length
of the communication cables reaches 18 meters or more.
• When connecting multiple instruments, do not connect two
same instruments. Otherwise, a communication error may
result.
When this instrument is used in combination with an ultrasonic generator and an
electrosurgical generator, they can be connected as shown in Figure 3.12.
