3.3.3 Exiting the review software
To leave OptosAdvance, select Logoff .
If you are using Vantage applications, close all applications.
3.4 Manage the system
To ensure continuous and efficient operation, you should be familiar with additional features of the system.
Access to the Administration functions is restricted to users with administrative privileges.
3.4.1 Managing user details
CAUTION
You are responsible for the security of user accounts and the maintenance of password
security.
User accounts are managed in OptosAdvance or Vantage Admin software that runs on the image server.
The ability to create a user account is restricted to System Administrators.
3.4.1.1 How to create user accounts for use on the scan head
User accounts can not be created on the scan head. User accounts can only be created using the Vantage Admin
software on the image server. For more details, see How to create user accounts on the image server below.
3.4.1.2 How to create user accounts on the image server
Create user accounts with OptosAdvance

Login to OptosAdvance.
2.
Select Settings.
3.
Select User Management > Accounts.
4.
Select Add.
5.
Enter the details for the new user and select the privileges to be assigned to them.
6.
Select Save.
Create user accounts with Vantage Admin
If you are using Vantage applications the ability to create a user account is restricted to Administrators.
Administrators should use the Vantage Admin application to create, change or make the user account inactive.
1.
Select Users > Manage Users.
2.
Select New User.
3.
Enter the details for the new user and select the privileges to be assigned to them.
4.
Select OK.
