The power supply was turned on in a
state where the sensor of the motor is
not operated properly.
Check the connection between the
driver and the motor.
The motor may be damaged. Contact
your nearest Oriental Motor sales
oce.

at power-on
The power supply of the driver was
turned on in the following conditions.
The "Prevention of operation at
power-on alarm" parameter was set to
"Enable."
The operation input signal is in an ON
state.
