CHARGER TEST
To do the charging voltage test with the 50V<V<50.4V test lead, connect the multimeter between points 1 and 3
of the test lead connector.
Connect the charger to the mains and to the battery:
Remove the covers, connect the IRDA unit by wire to the board.
Do a charger test on an operative battery with a charge of < 50%
