USING THE DEUTSCH CRIMPING PLIERS FOR CRIMPING
CLOSED BARREL CONTACTS

DEUTSCH T12-20 CRIMPING PLIERS
1- Remove the pin.
Lift the selector knob

and turn it

until the arrow is aligned with the size of wireto be
crimped. (cf. conversion table below)
2- Release the knob; the sprocket locks in the notch
(calibration relative to the diameter of the wire and
the lug).
3- Insert the contact in the crimping area
