Extraction of the broken contact: use an ITT CANON extractor, PELLENC P/N 36375.
Make the work area safe:in this case, carefully open the battery and remove the fuse.

Insert the extractor around the broken contact, down to the bottom of
the battery connector spotface. Depth of insertion: ~1.5mm.
NOTE 1: as a basis, take a new contact and hold it next to the wire to be stripped to determine the exact
stripping length.

Push the extractor hard with the palm of your hand while keeping it
aligned with the contact to be extracted (coaxial with the centerline of
the contact concerned).
