Taking Pictures
You can assign one of the following functions to the Green button: [Green Mode]
(p.73), [Voice Recording] (p.168), [Movie] (p.113) or [Fn Setting] (p.106). You can
activate the assigned function by just pressing the Green button.
1 Use the four-way controller (23) to select [Green Button] on
the [A Rec. Mode] menu.
2 Press the four-way controller (5).
A pull-down menu appears.
3 Use the four-way controller (23)
to select a function you want to
assign.
4 Press the 4 button.
The setting is saved.
Setting the Green Button
When the shooting mode is set to 9 (Green) mode, [Green Button] settings
cannot be configured on the [A Rec. Mode] menu. To configure the settings,
first switch to a mode other than 9.
Assigning a Function
• [Green Mode] is registered as the default setting.
• If you select [Movie] for both [Fn Setting] and capture mode, the Green
button does not function because the modes are the same.
