9. If the Connection Test Failed screen appears, follow the 5 common solutions on the screen to resolve the
issue.
Note:
If customer’s IT needs to know the MAC address of CR2, use a wrong password for the Wi-Fi network and let
Test Connection failed, the CR2 MAC address will be displayed in Connection Test Failed window.
10. When the connection test is complete, click Next to apply the Wi-Fi settings to the CR2.
