[3] Auto Device Diagnosis
If the unit is started up with this mode, the main CPU will check the main devices then indicate the results.
The results can be confirmed with the Status LEDs mounted on each main board of the control and drive units.

Device diagnosis in progress
OK The device has started up normally.
NG The device has NOT started up normally.
Memo: The results of device diagnosis are not treated as the errors explained in “6.4 ERROR CODE LIST.”
Memo: Some devices may need dozens of seconds for device diagnosis (for several retries).
If “---” continues to be displayed for several minutes, the results may have been produced. In such a case,
update the screen by pressing the Select Down then Select Up keys.
