Preparation
Of
Fuel Injector
For
Sen-ice. Fuel Injectors
that
hav'e
been prepared for
stor~e
should
undergo the followU\I procedures before

Rem.o\·e and clean the fuel Inlet
stniner
assembly and reinsu.U.
b. Inlect clean fuel
into
the
fuel
inlet
connection
with
the
fuel
outlets
unc:3.pped

Do
not exceed 1 S
psi
inlet pressure.

Secure air
box
with gasket to
the
mjector using cap bolts and
washcn.
Safety

Insu.ll gasket and mjector
unit
on

bottom
of
the
sump and secure with washers.

fuel lines to
the
mjcctor
unit.

Connect
the
throtde
and mixtUre

cables

injector urut.
