Lash Adjuster Screw
Screws need to be backed all the way up to
the Rocker Arm before tightening the
Camshaft Carrier Bolts.

Rocker Jam Nut
89 in-lbs (10 N·m)

Camshaft Carrier
Lubricate cam bores and thrust grooves with
White Lithium Grease (8570044).

Camshaft Carrier Bolts (M8)
12 ft-lbs (17 N·m)
Torque 1 and 2 again after 1 through 10
sequence is complete.

Apply Moly Lube Grease or the Polaris
recommended lubricant to the camshaft
lobes.
Recommended Lubricant:
