STABILIZER LINKAGE REMOVAL /
INSTALLATION
The following procedure details stabilizer linkage
removal / installation on one side of the vehicle.
1. Remove the end rod fasteners.
2. Remove the stabilizer linkage fastener

from the
lower A-arm.
3. Using a 5/16” open-end wrench, hold the stabilizer
linkage rod
e
and remove the upper and lower
bushings
w
.
4. Reverse this procedure to reinstall the stabilizer
linkage. Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Rear Stabilizer to Linkage Fastener
35 ft-lbs (47 N·m)
Rear Stabilizer End Rod Fasteners
30 ft-lbs (40 N·m)
STABILIZER BAR REMOVAL /
INSTALLATION
1. Elevate the rear of vehicle and safely support
machine under the frame area.
CAUTION
Serious injury may result if machine tips or falls. Be
sure machine is secure before beginning this service
procedure. Always wear eye protection.
2. Remove the (2) nuts
q
and (2) bolts
w
from each
end rod.
3. Remove the bushing strap bracket fasteners from
each side of the stabilizer bar.
