THROTTLE CONTROL SENSOR LEVER
REPLACEMENT
1. Drill a 5/64” (2mm) hole in the plug off-center to avoid
damaging the screw underneath.
2. Run the supplied screw into the hole until the plug is
backed out.
3. Remove the plug from the screw, and retain the
screw.
4. Remove the five-lobe tamper resistant T15 , and
remove the old lever.
5. Clean the sealing area. Avoid getting moisture or
cleaning solutions in the TCS.
6. Insert the new lever into the TCS splines until it is
flush with the housing.
7. Install the new screw and torque to specification..
IMPORTANT
Do NOT over torque the new screw. This could damage
the TCS.
TORQUE
Throttle Control Sensor Lever Screw
9 in-lbs (1 N·m)
8. Press new plug into the lever until flush.
