8. Torque the wheel hub castle nut to specification and
install new cotter pin. Tighten nut slightly if necessary
to align cotter pin holes.
TORQUE
Wheel Hub Castle Nut
80 ft-lbs (108 N·m)
9. Install the front wheel and (4) wheel nuts. Torque
wheel nuts to specification.
TORQUE
Wheel Lug Nuts
120 ft-lbs (162 N·m)
10.Rotate wheel and check for smooth operation. Bend
both ends of cotter pin around end of spindle in
different directions
