15.Torque the front gearcase cover bolts

specification.

Front Gearcase Cover Bolts
9 ft-lbs (12 N·m)
16.Add the recommended fluid to front gearcase.
FLUID CAPACITY
Recommended Front Gearcase Fluid:
Polaris Demand Drive Fluid
Capacity:
7.6 oz. (225 ml)
Add fluid until it is visible at the bottom of the fill plug
hole threads.
17.Install the drain plug. Torque to specification.

Front Gearcase Drain / Fill Plug
19 ft-lbs (26 N·m)
