3. Route brake line on top of lower A-arm and install
retainers (if applicable).
4. Attach rear shock to lower A-arm with new fastener.
Torque new rear shock fastener to specification.
TORQUE
Shock Mount Fasteners (Front/Rear, Upper/Lower)
40 ft-lbs (54 N·m)
5. Install the fastener retaining the stabilizer linkage to
the lower A-arm. Torque fastener to specification.
TORQUE
Rear Stabilizer to Linkage Fastener
35 ft-lbs (47 N·m)
6. Grease all A-arm grease fittings after reassembly.
7. Install the rear wheel and hub. Torque wheel nuts to
specification.
TORQUE
Wheel Lug Nuts
120 ft-lbs (162 N·m)
IMPORTANT
Upon A-arm installation completion, test vehicle at low
speeds before putting into service.
