To activate the menu see Chapter 4.4 “Activating the two main me-
nus” and Chapter 4.5 “How the menu control operates”.
For the calibration of the balance see Chapter 3.7 “Calibration of the
balance” and Chapter 14.2 “Notes on calibration”.
