8.2. On Screen Component Error Messages
PME continuously monitors the presence and condition of the safety controller and sensors. If the safety
controller or any sensor fails, an error will appear at the bottom of the display, the cab mounted beacon (if
fitted) will indicate that the system is NOT active, the display red LED will flash and the internal and
external alarms will sound.
If any of these messages appear, please seek a repair from your local Prolec service engineer. Please
report the ID number displayed to the service engineer, as they will need it to correctly identify and rectify
the fault.
