types available for the Pegaus2 R2+, RAID 0 or RAID 1.
ThetwoharddiskdrivesshippedwiththePegasus2R2+areconguredwithahardwareRAID0.This
type of RAID is excellent for applications where high read/write performance is desirable. However it
does not include redundancy, that is, if one of the hard disk drives fails, the data contained on the RAID
is lost. So it is important to back up all data stored on the RAID 0 drive.
