4.7 Table and Frame
The rotary table and frame has been designed to aid the cleaning of the machine. This area should
only be cleaned by hand using sanitised wipes. Care should be taken not to disturb the pneumatic
and electrical connections.
Clean the machine table top and bottom faces.
Clean the machine base plate
Clean the base tool retainers and location rings.
Clean the machine frame ensuring the wheels and location feet are free of contamination.
Clean the table handles
4.7.1 Table and Frame Maintenance Checks
• Check the table is located correctly when in station and is locked
• Check the table rotates freely.
• Check the pneumatic pipes and connections are secure and undamaged.
• Check the air preparation unit is set correctly and the moisture trap is clear.
