9.2.6 To Set Up A Temperature Controller (Ref MAP021)
Temperature Controllers
Working through the following procedure will set up the temperature controllers
1. Ensure that the controller is powered up
2. Connect tool and other ancillary cabling
3. Confirm that controller is powered up and begins to operate as per the factory default
settings
If the controller fails to operate as per the factory default settings it may be necessary to
configure the unit. The following settings should be checked and corrected if found to be
different.
To unlock the Temperature Controller
Simultaneously press the ‘Up’ and the ‘Enter’ keys
To adjust the factory settings (set-up mode)
1. Press the ‘Up’ Key until Setp is displayed then the arrow to select Uloc press the up key
until 10 is displayed.
2. Use the ‘Arrow’ keys to scroll through the menus – ensure the following settings are
present.
3. To come out of set-up m ode press enter and up.
4. Press down key until Optr is displayed.
5. Press enter key.
