What to do if Rapid Shape 3D Printers show 'Part detected in reservoir/no reservoir found'?

  If your Rapid Shape 3D printer displays the message «Part detected in reservoir/no reservoir found», it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, check the bottom of the reservoir for polymerised residues or damage after removing the collection basket and the reservoir. In this case, you may need to perform an automatic reservoir cleaning. Second, ensure that the machine has a reservoir inserted. If not, insert one and then press the «Reset Parts Detection» («Manual Mode») button to clear the message on the touch display.
