7.5.6 Disable Mixing
Before a print job is started (exposure of the first layers), the material in
the material reservoir is automatically mixed by quickly raising and
lowering the build platform in the reservoir. This helps to mixing the
printing material. This function can be set with the «Disable mixing»
button.
Proceed as follows to set this function:
1. Access the «Customer» menu: Main Menu > «Setup» >
«Service» > «Switch Level» > «Customer».
2. Locate the button «Disable mixing» on the left-hand side of the
display. The button lights up red when the function is disabled.
3. Press the button next to the description to enable the function.
The button lights up green when the function is enabled.
4. Press the «Save» button on the right-hand side of the display to
save the setting.
5. Return to the main menu.
7.5.7 Disable Automatic Hood
To protect the printing material from overly long exposure to light and
dust, the upper hood closes automatically after a certain time period
without requiring any manual intervention on the part of the user.
This function can be set with the «Disable automatic hood» button.
To set the function, refer to the separate chapter “Automatic Hood
Closing“. → Chapter 7.4.3
7.5.8 Disable Hood Assistant
The top protective hood on the machine can be opened and closed
manually. The additional “Hood Assistant” function facilitates the
assisted opening and closing of the hood. This function can be set with
the «Disable hood assistant» button.
To set the function, refer to the separate chapter “Opening & Closing
the Machine manually“. → Chapter 7.4.2
7.5.9 Enable Automatic Refill
The “Automatic Refill” function ensures that the filling level in the
material reservoir is always sufficiently high and that the print job can
be printed completely. This function can be set with the «Enable
automatic refill» button.
