11. Clean the following components with a paper towel soaked in
isopropanol:
– Splash guards
– All accessible side panels
12. When using the «Automatic Refill» function: Clean the hose.
→ Chapter 10.1.12
13. Fill the material reservoir with new printing material and change
the material bottle.
14. Put all the cleaned components back into the machine in the
specified order. → Chapter 7.6.2 – 7.6.5
The machine needs to be cleaned at the end of the day. Therefore, the
following steps need to be carried out on the machine:
– Cleaning the collection basket → Chapter 10.1.6
– Cleaning the knife → Chapter 10.1.3
– Cleaning the drip guard → Chapter 10.1.4
– Cleaning the hose → Chapter 10.1.12
– Cleaning the build platform and storing it in the machine
→ Chapter 10.1.2
– Storing the material reservoir (in machine or in reservoir
reservoir box)
– Closing the upper hood
– Removing course impurities with a damp cloth
