In an emergency, proceed as follows:
1. Press the emergency stop button on the machine. All the drives
on the machine are brought to an immediate stop and all the
processes are aborted. An emergency stop message appears on
the touch display. (see fig. below)

2. Determine why the machine stopped. If a fault exists, it needs to
be rectified before operation can be resumed.
3. Acknowledge the emergency stop in the sequence indicated on
the touch display:
– Pull and rotate the emergency stop button out of the
activated position.
– Press the «Shutdown» button. The machine is shut down.
Wait until the display turns black and the power on
button is no longer illuminated in green.
4. Now press the power on button again to restart the machine.
Alternatively, in an emergency, you can also stop the
machine by removing the mains plug. In this case,
proceed as follows afterwards to restart the machine:
1. Switch the main switch (black toggle switch) on
the back of the machine to the «O» position
(Off).
2. Connect the mains cable to the power connector
on the machine.
3. Switch the main switch to the «I» position (On).
