What to do if pressure or rate is inaccurate on Raven Command FLEX II?
    • R
      Robert RothAug 18, 2025
If you observe unstable or inaccurate pressure or rate on your Raven Paint Sprayer, ensure that all calibration numbers and settings are correctly configured. Also, verify that the flow meter calibration value and the target rate are within the overall flow range. If operating in AUTO mode, and pressure and rate oscillate significantly, decrease the Valve Response Rate in the Control Valve menu. Conversely, if control is unresponsive, increase the valve response rate.

How to fix total volume that does not register on Raven Command FLEX II Paint Sprayer?
    • J
      Joseph MasseyAug 20, 2025
If the total volume on your Raven Paint Sprayer either doesn't register or registers flow inaccurately, start by checking the flow meter cable for any damaged wires or corroded connections. Also, inspect the internal components of the flow meter itself, cleaning and adjusting as necessary.

Why is the rate low on my Raven Command FLEX II Paint Sprayer even though the pressure is correct?
    • K
      Kyle GreeneAug 23, 2025
If your Raven Paint Sprayer's pressure is correct, but the RATE is low, check to make sure that strainer screens or check valves are not plugged. Also, verify that the flow meter and pressure transducer calibration values are correct.

What to do if I cannot adjust rate or pressure on Raven Command FLEX II?
    • J
      James SummersAug 26, 2025
If you cannot adjust the rate or pressure on your Raven Paint Sprayer in either automatic or manual operation, first verify that the pump switch is turned on in the UT or machine console. Next, check the cabling to the control valve for any breaks. If the voltage to the valve changes smoothly when actuating in Manual mode, but the control valve or pump are not adjusting pressure, inspect or replace the control valve or pump.

What causes poor NCV CAN communication on Raven Command FLEX II?
    • M
      Mary StewartAug 30, 2025
If the NCV CAN communication is poor on your Raven Paint Sprayer, inspect wiring, connections, and splices for damage. The cause may be intermittent connections at 19-pin connectors, corrosion, or damage to splices or wiring harnesses.

Why does the rate read “0” on my Raven Command FLEX II Paint Sprayer?
    • H
      Hector RamirezSep 1, 2025
If the rate reads “0” on your Raven Paint Sprayer, verify that the SPEED is registering accurately. If the SPEED is zero, refer to the UT display troubleshooting procedure. Also, verify that the TOTAL VOLUME is registering flow, and confirm that the boom section status shown on the display changes when section switches are activated in manual operation.
