2.19.2 INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
 Turn off the main power switch and disconnect the copier power cord before you
start this procedure.
1. Remove these parts: (see p.4-58 "Controller Board" in "Replacement and Adjustment")
 Controller board plastic cover (
x1).
 FCU faceplate (
x3)
 Controller board unit (
x3)
2. Remove these parts: (see p.4-48 "Paper Tray Lift Motors" in "Replacement and
Adjustment")
 Paper tray unit connector cover (
x1)
 Disconnect the paper tray unit or LCT (if it is installed) (
x1)
 Rear cover (
x1).
3. Pull the controller board partially out of the left slot to disconnect it from the IPU.
4. Remove the IPU [A] from the main machine.
 The board for this option is installed on the back of the IPU board.
