798-4 B Stack feed-out motor error
The stack feed-out HP sensor does
not detect the home position of the
stack feed-out belt for a certain time
after the stack feed-out belt has moved
to its home position.
The stack feed-out HP sensor does
not turn off for a certain time after the
stack feed-out belt has moved from its
home position.
The 1st detection failure causes a jam
error, and the 2nd failure causes this
SC code.
 Defective stack feed-out HP
sensor
 Overload on the stack
feed-out motor
 Defective stack feed-out motor
 Defective main board
 Disconnected or defective
harness Check or replace the
harness.
1. Check or replace the harness.
2. Check for blockages in the
stack feed-out mechanism.
3. Replace the stack feed-out HP
sensor.
4. Replace the stack feed-out
motor.
5. Replace the main board.
