• Reconnect the printer to the network:

5. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
• Restart devices: Restart the printer and the computer or mobile device to clear possible error
conditions.
• Print a Wireless Test Report:

(Setup).
2. Select Reports, and then select Wireless Test Report.
What if installing the driver did not resolve my printer issue?

are gray or do not respond.
