Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
Reconnect a previously installed printer to the Wi-Fi network if you purchased a new router, changed your
Internet Service Provider (ISP), or changed your network name and password.
Step 1: Connect the printer to the Wi-Fi network
Use the Wireless Setup Wizard from the printer control panel to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

e sure paper is loaded in the main tray, and then turn on the printer.
3. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the
Dashboard, and then touch
(Setup).
4. Select Network Setup, and then select Restore Network Settings.
5. Get the network name and password.
6. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the
Dashboard, and then touch
(Setup).
7. Select Network Setup, and then select Wireless settings.
8. Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
9. Select your network, and then enter the password.
Step 2: Print a Wireless Network Test Report
Print a Wireless Network Test Report to find information about your printer network connection or to
troubleshoot connection issues.
1. Print a Wireless Network Test Report:
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab
at the top of the screen to
open the Dashboard, and then touch
(Setup).
2. Select Reports, and then select Wireless Test Report.
2. Review the information on the report, and then follow any instructions provided to troubleshoot
connectivity problems.
