Open the Ricoh Printer Assistant software (Windows)
1. From the computer desktop, click Start, select Ricoh from the app list, and then select the icon with the
printer name.
The Ricoh Printer Assistant software opens.

Manage your print jobs, scan a document or photo, manage scan settings, send a fax, and manage
fax settings.
2 Tools Set up your device and connect to support information.
3 Quiet Mode Change settings, defaults, print status information, and perform maintenance.
4 Estimated Levels
Check estimated cartridge ink levels. See To check the estimated ink levels from the Ricoh Printer

5 Search Local Search the function on Ricoh Printer Assistant software.
