This RTB has been issued to inform you about troubleshooting for white band / colored
band at the trailing edge.
Symptom
Reduced color density or a white band appears in an area between the trailing edge and
around 16mm from the trailing edge.
In halftone areas, a colored band (high color density) appears in an area between the
trailing edge and around 16mm from the trailing edge.
