SYMPTOM
Toner offset on printed paper
CAUSE
Toner adhered to the fusing exit guide assembly and/or the de-curl unit is offset to the
printed paper. Toner offset is more likely to occur when the fusing temperature is set low.
SOLUTION
1) Clean the fusing exit guide assembly
2) Clean the de-curl unit
