which is prior to the change.
Some serial numbers appear more than once. That indicates that the handle has been
replaced. The replaced handle is also the target of replacing.
Some of the handles were ordered from either ESPC, NSPC or ASPC; however, there was
no record in SMS; therefore, RCL could not determine where that handle went. If there is
any handle that has been replaced and is not in the list, those handles also need to be
replaced.
