WORKAROUND
Check for toner clumps in the toner supply path between the sub-hopper and the
development unit (circled in red in the photos below), and if found, remove the clumps with
a vacuum cleaner.
When to check
1) For units that have exhibited any of the aforementioned symptoms, carry out the check
procedure on every visit
2) For units that have not exhibited any of the aforementioned symptoms, carry out the
check procedure on the next PM visit.
