Description Sets the delay time of the starting voltage in OPP mode.
Queries the delay time of the starting voltage in OPP mode.
Remarks  When the input voltage reaches the starting voltage and delays for a period of time,
the load starts to sink the current.
 The default unit for the delay time is ms.
 In the setting command, the parameter "MINimum" indicates setting the minimum
delay time; the parameter "MAXimum" indicates setting the maximum delay time;
and the parameter "DEFault" indicates setting the default delay time.
 In the query command, the parameter "MINimum" indicates querying the minimum
delay time; the parameter "MAXimum" indicates querying the maximum delay time;
and the parameter "DEFault" indicates querying the default delay time.

Description Sets the starting power in OPP mode.
Queries the starting power in OPP mode.
Remarks  The starting power is called the power value when the load starts in OPP mode. The
default unit for the value is W.
 In the setting command, the parameter "MINimum" indicates setting the minimum
starting power; the parameter "MAXimum" indicates setting the maximum starting
power; and the parameter "DEFault" indicates setting the default starting power.
 In the query command, the parameter "MINimum" indicates querying the minimum
starting power; the parameter "MAXimum" indicates querying the maximum starting
power; and the parameter "DEFault" indicates querying the default starting power.
