The :MASK commands are used to set and query the pass/fail test parameters.

Syntax
:MASK:ENABle <bool>
:MASK:ENABle?
Description
Enable or disable the pass/fail test or query the status of the past/fail test.

Explanation
The pass/fail test is invalid in the following conditions: the horizontal timebase is XY or
ROLL, in the slow sweep mode (namely when the horizontal timebase is YT, the
horizontal timebase is set to 200ms/div or slower) as well as during waveform record.

The query returns 1 or 0.
