2.2.2 Sweep
Sets parameters about the Sweep function, including Time, Auto SWT, Mode,
Numbers and Points.
2.2.2.1 Time
Sets the time interval for the analyzer to complete a sweep. Either Auto or Manual can
be used, the default is Auto.
Key Points:
In non-zero span, the analyzer uses the shortest sweep time on the basis of the
current RBW and VBW settings if Auto is selected.
Decreasing the sweep time would speed the measurement. However, an error
may be caused if the specified time is less than the minimum duration in Auto
coupling, and “UNCAL” is shown at the status bar of the screen.
You can modify this parameter using the numeric keys, knob, or direction keys.
For more details, please refer to “Parameter Input”.
