3. Use the system linecard upgrade command to upgrade the line card with the FPGA code in
flash RAM in
slot0. Notice that only the filename is specified – the RS knows the correct path to
the FPGA files on the flash RAM card.
As with the previous example, the line card is hot swapped out and then back in as part of the upgrade process.
