Introduction Hardware Features
Note When the GIC-12 GBIC is plugged into a port, the link LED for the line card is lit
even when there isn’t a cable plugged into the GBIC.
When the GIC-12 GBIC is plugged into a port, autonegotiation should be set for
that port.
The Advanced Services line card uses the LEDs as described in Table 2-38.
